Ayah (ey-yuh) Mahana is a first-generation Egyptian-American and a B.A. candidate in Journalism and Mass Communications at George Washington University. She is goal-oriented, a natural leader, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Ayah is passionate about the world of news and information and finds the topics of immigration, race, and gender particulary intriuging. She is a self-proclaimed jazz enthusiast and her hobbies include reading and cooking!
